This does not limit any statutory rights the customer may have regarding defective or non-conforming goods.

If you purchase as a consumer, you have statutory rights relating to the conformity and quality of goods.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes mandatory statutory consumer rights.
If goods are defective or do not conform to the contract, applicable statutory remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
14. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
If you are a consumer purchasing goods through our online shop, you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal from a distance contract.
The standard withdrawal period for goods is generally 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, receive the goods, subject to applicable statutory exceptions.
You do not have to provide a reason for exercising the right of withdrawal.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires.
You may contact us at:
You may also use the model withdrawal form included below, although using the form is not mandatory.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you validly withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse payments received from you, including the applicable cost of standard delivery, subject to the statutory rules.
The reimbursement will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed and legally permitted.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.
The consumer generally must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating the withdrawal decision.
The consumer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning goods where the applicable legal requirements for imposing those costs have been fulfilled.
15. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal is subject to exceptions established by applicable law.
If an exception applies to a particular product or order, we will provide the legally required information before the purchase where applicable.
We will not rely on a general statement that “prop money cannot be returned” to remove statutory consumer withdrawal rights.
